Dictionary Meaning of நாதி

s. same as ஞாதி, a son or a near relation. நாதிக்காரன், நாதிதெட்சகன், a relation who is entitled to a part of the estate and performs the funeral rites. நாதிப்பேர், relations. நாதியற்றவன், -கெட்டவன், a helpless person without friends and relations.
VI. v. t. (நாதம்) sound, emit a sound, play on a wind instrument, ஒலி.
