Dictionary Meaning of கும்பகம்

பூரித்த வாயுவை உள்ளே நிறுத்தும் பிராணயாம வகை. ஆறுதல் கும்பகம் (திருமந் . 568). Retention, holding in of breath, suspension of breath, a part of pirāṇāyāmam, q. v.;
