''s. [in grammar.]'' Terms common to both gen ders, one only of which is understood, the other being excluded by the con nexion, இருதிணையாண்பெண்ணுளொன்றனை யொழிக்கும்பொதுச்சொல்--as ஆயிரமக்கள்பொரு தார், a thousand persons fought; ''i. e.'' men.
