துணையில்லாதவன்-ள். ஒண்டியாய்த் தேர்விட்டு (இராமநா. யுத்த. 29). 2. [Tu. oṇṭige.] Solitary, single person; one who is all alone, without any companion;
s. that which is single, solitary; one who is solitary. ஒண்டிக்காரன், ஒண்டியொருத்தன், a single, unmarried person. ஒண்டியாயிருக்க, to live a single life, to be alone.
