Dictionary Meaning of இலக்கணப்போலி

இலக்கண முடையதுபோல் தொன்றுதொட்டு வழங்குஞ் சொல். (நன். 267.) Words which, though not strictly grammatical, have, nevertheless, by long usage secured unquestioned admission into the standard dialect and are, on that account, accepted to be as good as ilakkkaṇam-uṭaiyatu, one of three iyalpu-vazakku, q.v.;
